A HK company called "J-Friends" can help us (foreigner) to register but the fee was vry expensive >.< Member fee nid HK$900 1st year(include 1st year joining fee, annual fee, administration fee, booklet and others) + HK$200 mail fee (from HK to Malaysia) so the total is HK$1100!!!!! 1 year sure can get 4 booklet or maybe somemore things can get too, i'm not vry clear on it. so do you guys think it is worth???? i think this is the only way that can join the fan club ...
