It's good to know that I'm not alone when asked to pick just ONE favorite song that their brains seem to go into a type of overload and if one was really trying cause their brain to explode, because saying all of them, apparently, doesn't count.
I actually do have several playlists of just her songs for various situations such as to pump you up, to mellow down, and one I like to call Sleepy Time.
It really is hard to pick just one especially after hearing her sing it live like when she did her Christmas and Birthday performances. She's really not making it easy.

I don't even know where to begin so off the top of my head (in no specific order):
love you and Notice my mind (she did write some of the lyrics which means like part of her is in those songs)
ai ga naiteru and I will take you home (I just love the beat and flow of it plus the ai ga naiteru video was HOT)
SEND MY LOVE FOR YOU (I already liked this song but when I saw it live for her Singles Collection I just fell)
delicious and LOVE IS SHOUTING OUT (I like the lyrics plus Vic's right! Who doesn't like delicious??)
wasurerarenai hibi (it was the first solo song of her's I heard)
Just The Two Of Us, La-La Means I Love You, and The Very Thought Of You (they're the only Coco songs that stick out in my mind right now)
Sweet Love (she was in my city when she shot the video when I saw it I knew everywhere she was)
Sakura and naimo no nedari (those are the first two songs I think of when I think of her birthday and Christmas performances)
I'll just stop here before I end up naming all of her songs.

Also I want to make special note about CRAZY cause DA PUMP's Ken did a bit in it and during her university tour one lucky SOB got to come up on stage with her and do that part, and CONFESSION because I know she got really sick around this time and almost lost her singing voice. MAN! Am I glad she pulled through. I think you'd all agree with me on that.

I really like the Your innocence single and this song is one of the best ballad from hiro to me.

Confession
Someone really needs to be VERY skilled to sing this song.

ナミダ
This song is so smoothing and unique.

愛がないてる
I replayed it so many times and even my family can hum to it. (-_-) It's not a bad thing though...

光の中で
I remember I started to get addicted to w-inds. when Hikari no nake de was about to be released, and I found out a song from w-inds. called Long Road (one of my favourite song) was composed by the same guy as Hikari no naka de, which makes me twice interested in this single. Turns out this autumn ballad is really touching.

いつか二人で
I really like the lyric, and the songs makes me wanna dance around.
